Hi there! I’m Will Montgomery, a family man, entrepreneur, and passionate real estate enthusiast. I’m happily married and blessed with three wonderful children and three amazing grandchildren. Besides being a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, I’ve successfully owned and operated various businesses throughout the years.
My fascination with real estate began in 1999 when I started dabbling in property investments outside of my businesses. Over time, my interest and expertise in the field grew, ultimately leading me to establish WillBuy’s Houses. My vision for this venture was to create a platform where I could not only pursue my passion for real estate but also make a positive impact by helping others navigate the complexities of buying and selling properties.

I started Will Buys Houses in 2020 because I saw too many homeowners stuck — dealing with repairs they couldn’t afford, rental properties that had become a headache, or life changes that meant they needed to sell fast but didn’t have months to wait for the traditional process.
I’m a York, PA local. I’ve been investing in real estate in Central Pennsylvania and beyond, and every deal I do is something I take personally. When you call or text me, you’re talking to me — not a call center.
Since launching, I’ve helped homeowners across Pennsylvania and the surrounding states sell properties they thought were unsellable — inherited homes, rentals with problem tenants, houses behind on mortgage payments, and everything in between.
